T E R M S   &   C O N D I T I O N S

This is an open forum for users of KNX Shop, EnOcean Shop and Smart Alarm Shop. Its purpose is to discuss technical issues relating to these technologies and products, and to share knowledge between contractors and professionals.

In the interests of efficiency and immediacy, the forum is not actively moderated, though every message is read by our small team of reviewers. Your topics and messages are posted to the site as soon as you submit them. We trust that all contributors will adhere to the Rules Of Engagement set out below. They are not onerous - we genuinely want to give you the maximum freedom to say what you think - but there have to be limits!

If you come across a message you feel to be inappropiate in some way, please contact us immediately using the "Report abuse" links sprinkled liberally throughout the site. The offending message will be reviewed immediately, and if felt necessary, will be removed. Persistent abuse of this forum by any individual may lead to that person being barred from the site.

None of the views or opinions expressed in this forum are those of KNX Shop, EnOcean Shop, Smart Alarm Shop or Ivory Egg (UK) Ltd.

Rules of Engagement:

  • This is an open forum. Within certain limits, we want to hear all points of view.
  • You may not be abusive, libellous, or use offensive language. You must not attack or defame any individual (though you may be fairly rude about institutions, if that's how you feel).
  • You may be indignant, critical, acerbic, long-winded or just plain cantankerous.
  • Any contraventions of these rules will lead to your message being withdrawn, and may result in your being barred from this site.
  • Only logged in members may add their own messages. To become a member, you must first register. Registration is free and open to all.
  • Anyone may report offending messages by clicking the appropriate "Report abuse" link. Action will be taken at the first opportunity.
